What do SCO, eSCO and PTA mean in Bluetooth? Thank you in advance!

SCO and eSCO(extended SCO) are synchronous channels in Bluetooth(if I remember well there is a limit of 3 simultaneous SCO for piconet). PTA is a an algorithm for traffic management.
