Hi,

I plan to design a 5GHz CMOS LC VCO using cross-couplded pair. Which output buffer structure is proven one for this VCO to drive spectrum analyzer? By the way, I'd like to know do I need to design a bandgap reference or voltage regulator or something like that to minimize the power supply nosie?
