hi

when in PH1 AZ is closed and DAC input vin
in PH2 AZ is open and DAC input V(reference)
can anyone tell me the function of C1 C2?

C1 and C2 are almost certainly parasitic devices meant to include routing parasitics. The devices are probably small, so the routing parasitics are important here.
