Hi , I just want to design a LC VCO cover L band(1.45G-1.492GHZ) and band (167M-223MHz),.

My preliminary opion is that design a vco operate at 1-2GHz, than use a divider by 8 to get band(167M-223MH),

Could some one give some suggestion and comment? thanks!
