Title: Vt plot using Spectre Post by smarty on Apr 26th, 2007, 2:36am Hi all, Pardon me if this is a repeated question and also for asking this very basic question. Can anybody help for this. how to plot the Vt of the transistor in spectre during dc sweep. I used in Eldo simulation the following statement PLOT VT(XMx.Mx), but the same is not working with spectre. Kindly let me know how this can be done. Thanks and Regards, SBR |
