Title: PSP model in spectre Post by Aigneryu on May 4th, 2007, 4:11pm Hi, When I use PSP model, I found that it will never give me breakdown warning even I biased the transistor at breakdown voltage, for example 2kV. Is this true for spectre while simulating with PSP model? Is there anybody having experiences with PSP model? The version I use for spectre is 6.1.1 11/20/2006. Sincerely, |
Title: Re: PSP model in spectre Post by Geoffrey_Coram on May 7th, 2007, 4:24am I don't think the breakdown warning is part of the "standard" PSP (nor BSIM3/4); it must be something that Cadence adds to the source code. They may not have added it yet to PSP. |
