Title: how to introduce mismatch in dac using spectre Post by venki_vlsi on May 22nd, 2007, 9:50pm hi. I am working on high speed DAC. I need to introduce mismatch between transistors. I heard there is some local option to introduce mismatch in transistor properties window(this window comes when we press q after selecting a transsitor)). I didnt find that local option in my cadence window. Can anyone help me in this aspect. plz tell if there are any other methods to introudce mismatch(except monte carle analysis) |
