Title: CDF help Post by driveforce on May 25th, 2007, 12:36am Hi, I tried to add one parameter into fourer cell. The parameter name is normharm, which is listed out, if I do Spectre -h fourier. I added it into the cell in "base" mode. CIW->tools->CDF->Edit... ->select library/cell/.. But the new parameter was invisiable when I instantiated it, and input.scs has no any information of normharm. By the way, I can manually change the input.scs and set normharm in fourier analysis line and the simulation result proves this parameter works. Thanks! |
Title: Re: CDF help Post by sheldon on May 25th, 2007, 12:53am Driveforce, It sounds like you have added the normharm parameter to the CDF so it is editable. You will also need to update the siminfo section of the CDF so the parameter is netlisted. In the simulation information, add normharm to the instance parameters. Best Regards, Sheldon |
Title: Re: CDF help Post by driveforce on May 25th, 2007, 11:33am Sheldon, I couldn't see normharm when I query fourier symbol yesterday. Today I re-edited cdf, it showed up, but I don't why. Yes, normharm has to be added into the siminfo section to be nested. Anyway, it works now. Thanks a lot, driveforce |
