Title: 2GHz single to differential buffer Post by wave3x on Jun 2nd, 2007, 12:56am Dear guys, I want to design a high speed single to differential buffer, here my input is 2GHz rail-to-rail, and the convertor needs to be design for low noise application, harmonics of output differential signal does not care very much. any suggestion is welcome. |

hi i think you can pass the signal to a inverter and a cmos pass-gate repectively, and reform the waves again by inverters. the other method is pass the original to a diff-amp with resistors load, and the other input is 1/2 vdd. hope this help. |
