Hi,

You'd better to search using IEEE explorer or google.

There is one paper on a 1 GS/s 11 bit ADC in Dec. 2006 JSSC. However, I don't know whether it meets your requirement because you mentioned little useful information in your post.

I have found a few on recent jsscc. They are used in high speed transceivers.
