I'm using star rcxt to extract the netlist. In my layout, there are some identical blocks.
I expected the same rc parameter is extracted from each block, but I checked the netlist,
each block's internal node's RC are different!! why this happens? how to fix it? thanks

When you have identical subblocks which are connected somewhere thru metal wires, the RC extraction considers these wires' parasitics and gives you the total paracitic on the net. OR it may have something to do with the extraction switches.
