Is there a way to find the frequency of a input signal(say V)in))?

Can anyone post the code that can be used?

I found the answer.. It is an easy question....dont know what came over me...:) thanks for reading anyway


Between what does "seed" pareameter do...I found it used in VCO modeling. I found in in a iEEE paper!

without knowing what bit of code the parameter is applied to and in what context, it could be anything.... but my guess would be its used to initialise a psuedo-random number generator used for modelling noise ?
