In designing small-signal amplifier as LNA, S-parameters analysis is used to investigate input/output matching, gain... My question is: in designing large-signal amplifier as Driver Amp (DA), Power Amp (PA), can we still using S-parameters analysis as for small-signal ? If not, what analysis is used in order to investigate all the parameters as S-parameters analysis does ? Thank you.

Sorry I did make myself clear, It should be:

In designing small-signal amplifier as LNA, S-Parameters Analysis in SpectreRF is used to investigate input/output matching, gain... My question is: in designing large-signal amplifier as Driver Amp (DA), Power Amp (PA), can we still using that S-Parameters Analysis as for small-signal to investigate input/output matching, gain... ? If not, what analysis should be used ? Thank you.
