Title: where to get Ken's Verilog-A codes in his paper Post by jimmy on Nov 19th, 2007, 7:29am Hi all, Can anyone tell me where I can download the verilog-A codes in Ken's paper "Predicting the phase noise and jitter of PLL-based frequency synthesizers" Thanks, jimmy |

Title: Re: where to get Ken's Verilog-A codes in his paper Post by swjtuliwang on Apr 11th, 2009, 3:12am i try phase noise code of ken's code about predicting the phase noise. 'include"disciplines.vams" discipline phase potential angle; enddiscipline i simulation phase noise in cadence platform, i don' know how to use it. although the discipline often be used in pfd,cp,vco 1/ when i save the code in veriloga in the cadence, the cadence will product a symbol automatically, then in pfd or cp or vco's code, how did i include the "phase's sysmbol"? 2/if i save the code to in file style, named it phase.vams, how did i include the discipline? wish anybody who know help me!!! 'include "phase.vams" module oscilator(out); output out; phase out; parameter real n=0 from [0:inf); parameter real fc=0 from [0:inf); analog begin Theta(out)<+flicker_noise(n,2,"wpn")+flicker_noise(n*fc,3,"fpn"); end endmodule how did i deal the phase.vams??? |
