Title: Re: Question about simulator of cadence Post by ywguo on Dec 20th, 2007, 8:13pm Hi Xu Tailong, hspiceS is oder than hspiceD. HspiceS is an interface only that starts the standalone HSPICE tool. So it cannot simulate without a standalone HSPICE tool installed. However, the hspiceD is HSPICE tool which is integrated into the cadence software package. Look forward to the comments about other tools. Yawei |
