Some literature adopted concept of "Phase-Stability Quality Factor" to replace original quality factor definition.

It is more complicated during extraction, since it requires resonant at each interested frequency.

Could people comment whether there is important information contained? Or whether it does impact our design flow? Personally, I think original quality factor definition is good enough.
