Hi all

I need to design a folded cascode opamp for my school project. any suggestions on references or design steps ?

Hello,

You can find very good design hints in Gray's or Razavi's book. Remember that design of folded-cascode amplifier can be very simple if the requried specs are reasonable relaxed. For example you can start with GBW, then set bias current and so on.
