Great Idea ! :)
Just to be curious - how much would you suggest for a good bandgap model?
- Pin compatible to original schematic
including
- process dependend mismatch and tolerances
- temperature drift
- supply ripple
- load depency

Around ... 3k to 4k ? I don't have the slightest idea ...
