Hello,

I have been looking for this for a while and did not seem to find the answer. If I run a PSS and then a Pnoise on an oscillator, to get the phase noise, then I say "Print Noise Summary" at 100 kHz (Frequency Spot). Is this the spot noise at 100 kHz from the oscillator frequency, or it is 100 kHz from DC?
