Title: aoout inductor on chip Post by ksj116 on May 22nd, 2008, 7:25pm Dear guys, recently I met a strange issue, the inductor value between 5_01_00_*and 6_02_00_* metal stack keep invariable? i think it is not been acceptable and the ind value using more layers metal should be larger. what do u think and i want to know what elements decide the ind value on chip:-? meanwhile THXs a lot for your happy helping. |

I can't understand your question. What do you mean by 5_01_00_*and 6_02_00_* metal stack ? These are inductor cell's name in your design kit, aren't they ? |
