Is any body familiar with the following error while running an AMS simulation in ADE.

Yes - it's an internal error that occurs sometimes.
You really need to give some more informations, like sourcecode and so on to be able to tell if this is a common error.
Otherwise a complete bug report to cadence is your only possibility...

happens a lot .. bad code poorly written verilog and various other reasons.. etc..
if you have this it means you hit a corner case cadence hasn't written a real message for..
two choices.. retrace your steps and figure out where you made the mistake..
or Call cadence.
