For eg., one instance is set to operate at 125C while others at the nominal temperature, say 27C. Thank you. Yawei |

There is not any parameter named trise. :( In HSPICE manual, a parameter named DTEMP is introduced. I find parameters named trise and dtemp in the CDF of res and nmos in analogLib. So I tried to instance nmos and res and measure its DC current. The operating point including Vth and Ids varies as I put a number for trise. However, the parameters trise and dtemp don't affect the resistance and current of the resistors. Now the netlist looks like the following. Code:

Cadence adds "trise" (note spectre is case-sensitive by default) to its models. I assume Eldo and other simulators have similar additions. |
