Title: how can I simulate the noise of CDS(Correlated Double Sampling) circuit? Post by daisy on Aug 10th, 2008, 6:55pm Hi! I want to see the effect of the CDS circuit in decreasing the noise,so I need to simulate the circuit at two different time point--reset and integrating period. As I know, hspice can give the noise result at some certain time point,so how should I simulate the CDS circuit which works at two different time points? Thank you! daisy |

The PNoise analysis of SpectreRF takes into account all the effects. For example, the OPA333 from Texas Instruments was designed with this technique, see http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/freeabs_all.jsp?isnumber=4014593&arnumber=4014603&count=40&index=11 and http://focus.ti.com/lit/an/slyt272/slyt272.pdf. I do not know how to do this analysis in HSPICE and if it is possible at all. |
