Title: Substrate resistance noise
Post by cloud on Sep 11th, 2008, 11:59pm

I have designed an LNA, and found the noise contribution from substrate resistace is comparable to it from drain current noise

The substrate resistance noise is 4*k*T*Rsub*gmb^2
I have found several methods to reduce it
One is to increase reverse bias of Vbs to reduce gmb
Another is to change its layout to reduce Rsub

Besides these, does any other method exist?
Thx!!
