A bit of a vague question. You can either use the OCEAN equivalent of the ADE corners tool (in IC5141) or ADE XL (OCEAN XL) in IC61X. Or you can use foreach loops to change the sections of the model files, and temperature/supply etc in the OCEAN script (since it's just SKILL).

How would you normally simulate corners if you were doing it graphically in ADE?

Without more details as to how things are set up for you already it's rather hard to know how to give a directed answer (without explaining all the different ways you might do it).
