Title: Hole Pattern Error in Momentum simulation. Post by silentboy on Mar 23rd, 2009, 11:27am I am running momentum simulation for a differential inductor and got error information: Found Hole pattern inside hole pattern. Doese anyone have any idea what caused this problem? Thanks a lot! |

Did you replace a grid of tiny square vias with one large via of equivalent cumulative via ? Probably there are some vias left from the old array inside the new one and this is mapped on a different layer. Also see the following. https://edasupportweb.soco.agilent.com/portal/page?_pageid=36,39953&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL&itemid=270284&search=270284&ref=search EEsof Knowledge Center > Documents > Support Documents > ADS > Momentum > Simulation ADS : Momentum : ERROR : More than two segments overlap in geometry.
