do you know guys what is the OSS/irun flow in AMS in ADE and how it can be used.

Simulation->Netlister and Run Options - then pick OSS/irun.

Look at <ICinstDir>/doc/AMSinADEFAQ/AMSinADEFAQ.pdf - you may need to be using a recent IC5141 Hotfix to have this doc though (it should also be on sourcelink.cadence.com )
