Hi Guys
Does anyone have experience on how to find the gate resistance of transistor? I would like to know it for matching purpose.

Gate resistance is done (generally) with silicided polysilicon.

Look for the resistance per square specifications on this layer.

BTW - silicided poly usually has a lot of variance
