I've found the old Zarlink SL2101, but it seems ther is no replacement of such a chip.

RFMD produce the RF2053, however the price seems to be quite high.

Do you know of other similar products ?

Yes, it is a component question. Hoping to have posted the question in the right place. In order to simplify the design of a multiple frequency converter in the 200-1400 MHz band. I'd like to have a single chip with a mixer and a PLL integrated in it.
I've found an obsolete chip by zarlink (SL2101). My question is: exist something similar by other producer ?
In alternative I must use the classic configuration with separated elements: vco, PLL, and mixer.
Even in this case, someone can suggest some (low price) components ? Thank you.

suggest that you specify what you want as completly as possible, and then start putting inquiries out to the various semiconductor shops that sell RF IC's

Its called doing research...
