Title: ISF in hspice Post by raja.cedt on May 18th, 2009, 7:29pm hi, can any body please tell me how to find Impulse sensitive function in hspice directly?I am trying to find isf by simply injecting impulse currents at different phase, but i am not getting correct ans.I am waiting for some one valuable reply. Thanks, Rajasekhar |

Title: Re: ISF in hspice Post by raja.cedt on May 19th, 2009, 7:04am hi Geoffrey_Coram, thanks for your reply, how to decide the magnitude of the impulse?i heard that there is some direct method in hspice, if so can you please tell me how to do? Thanks, Rajasekhar. |
Title: Re: ISF in hspice Post by Geoffrey_Coram on May 20th, 2009, 4:25am Perhaps you mean the .ACPHASENOISE feature? I did a search on SolvNet -- I haven't used this myself. |
