Dear All,

I want to use cadence/Virtuoso/ADE/corner analysis to simulate the circuit.

But I didn't know how to add the corners (ss, tt, ff) of transistor model into the simulator.

Anybody has the tutorial or explains the steps to me?

Read <ICinstDir>/doc/aatoolsuser/aatoolsuser.pdf . There's a chapter in there on the corners tool.
