Title: frequency divider question Post by liletian on May 23rd, 2009, 2:16pm  Hi All  I designed a digital frequency divider, but it works for ideal square wave and consume 5mA at switch, the ring oscillator I designed can not drive the frequency divider at all. I also try to add buffer after ring oscillator to drive the frequency divider, it still do not work, can anyone give me some suggestions?  Thank you so much

Title: Re: frequency divider question Post by salty on May 28th, 2009, 10:17am What is your divider architecture? When you say it consumes 5ma @ switch, can you give more detail? What is the load presented to your ring osc? What frequency are you operating?
