Title: Serial flash current consumption Post by baba_sanfur on Jun 11th, 2009, 11:55am Hi all, I plan to use FLASH memory in a project, and I'm concern about the current consumption of the serial FLASH. With SST25VF512 (for example) the read current consumption is 10ma, at 20Mhz. I don't need to work in such speed - 400khz is more than I need. How can I determine the read current consumption at ~500khz? More ever, how will the write current consumption change at 500khz? (mfg clam for 30ma write current consumption, but doesn't say what is the speed) Thanks, Nir |
