Hi all,

When I was doing post simulation of an LDO using Hspice, I encountered some problems as follows, your suggestions will be highly appreciated. What I did was using the netlist file which includes pex and pxi files, and adding the stimuli, lib info and the .end statement to this netlist.

1) **warning** parameter em<5.0e5 invalid
set defaults em=4.1e7 to run
2)**diagnostic** dc convergence failure
resetting dcon option to 1 and retrying
**diagnostic** dc convergence failure
resetting dcon option to 2 and retrying
no convergence with standard algorithm, trying damped pseudo-transient
3)**warning** negative_mos conductance= 1:mxi30_m3 iter=4
vds,vgs,vbs=-4.556E-03 5.69 0.283
gm,gds,gmbs,ids=-3.049E-07 3.063E-03 1.113E-06 1.643E-05
