Title: RFIC packaging Post by aaron_do on Oct 28th, 2009, 8:22pm Hi, I want to learn a little bit about RFIC packaging, or maybe just high frequency analog IC packaging issues. Does anybody know any good references? thanks, Aaron |
Title: Re: RFIC packaging Post by loose-electron on Oct 29th, 2009, 4:36pm Vendors make available "package models" and RLC and magnetic coupling model sets for most packages - You also need approximations for the bond wire inductances and down bond models. Suggest - get a copy of the package model for the QFN package. It's widely used and has vendor models out there. Take a look at whats in the model as a start point. |
