Title: Cadence ADE-XL: loading a previously saved ocean script
Post by vivkr on Dec 2nd, 2009, 7:46am

Hi,

I wrote out an ocean script from my ADE-XL setup, and would like to load it to restore the states, specs etc. For some weird reason (nothing to do with Cadence but the design environment I have), the spec limits are not saved in the ADE-XL file. So I need to specify spec limits each time I open the ADE-XL view new.

When I write an ocean script, I can see that this info is there. So I thought I might be able to bypass the problem by writing and reading an ocean script. However, I only see an option for saving the ocean script, but none for reading it it.

Any tips?

Thanks,

Vivek

I think the same question has been asked in:
