Title: dummy poly resistance Post by Dipankar on Dec 11th, 2009, 6:23am Dear All, Need to put dummy resistors around the regular ones . I am using rppolywo. Should it be connected to VDD or gnd ? I think rppolywo should be connected to VDD (rnploy should have benn connected to ground) still not sure. Can somebody throw some insights ? |

I usually connect them to one of nodes from the active resistor string. Cheers Tosei |
