Title: How do i give A differential current input in ADS? Post by Turin on Mar 18th, 2010, 4:01pm How do i give A differential current input in ADS2004?My guess would be to use 2 of the I_AC(freq domain sources) in ads but i'm not sure what to put in I=Polar(x,x) and freq parameters. Also how can I measure current gain and current in general in the ads. Is there any other way besides I_probes? Thanks.... |

Iac=polar(1, 0) and Iac=polar(1, 180) or Iac=1 and Iac=-1 Here you can choose any "units" such as "A", "mA", "uA", "pA" and "fA" as well as "unitless". "Freq" parameter is used for FCAC(Frequency-Converting AC analysis). Leave it default value, "freq" for conventional AC analysis like following. Freq=freq (global analysis frequency) Read documents of Agilent ADS surely. The followings are documents of Agilent ADS2009. But these are also valid for ADS2004A. http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/display/ads2009/I+AC+%28AC+current+source%29 http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/display/ads2009/polar%28%29+Expression http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/display/ads2009/AC+Simulation+Description http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/display/ads2009/Performing+an+AC+Simulation Turin wrote on Mar 18th, 2010, 4:01pm:
But you have to insert "I_Probe" since you use ADS2004A. |
