Hi Guys
I found a rfExample library in cadence software, however, I did not find the simulation state file. Does anyone know if there is a simulation state file available?

I don't think there are state files.

A better place to start is in <MMSIMinstDir>/tools/spectre/examples/SpectreRF_workshop/rfworkshop.tar.Z

This contains libraries with pdf files describing how to simulate various common things for LNAs, mixers, PAs and oscillators. It is updated for each simulator release.
