hello...

i want to design a mixer in CMOS 180nm process..unfortunately i am not able to get the process design kits for RF designs..does gpdk provided with cadence contain RF models?

can i go on with gpdk or is there a way to get RF pdks of any foundry(preferbly TSMC or UMC)?

please help in this regard...

sign up for MOSIS:

once you are on there you will be able to get the PDK's for a number of foundries.

I can't find out any design issue in your post.

Your question is no more than issue related to specific vendor's tool.
Please post such issue to Simulator's board not Design's board.

If you mean Cadence Generic PDK which is not a Foundry specific PDK, GPDK180(.18um) contains RF model MOSFET as well as inductor.

Agilent provide "RFIC Flow Workshop" for RFDE and GoldenGate using Cadence GPDK180.
