Title: about the paper Noise in current-comm CMOS mixer.. Post by sabawat on Apr 20th, 2010, 12:01am hello all.. what is the procedure to calculate the bias current of a gilbert cell cmos mixer..is it thru the noise figure we want? while reading the paper "noise in current commutating cmos mixers" by meyer, i came across a parameter 'theta' , which models some velocity sat effects and mobility degradation, and is calculated through curve fitting. my question is, how do we find the exact value of that parameter? |
