Hello all,

I faced a problem during extraction of round shape MOS transistors.
It looks like Assura see correct width but extracted length is absolutely wrong. :'(

Is there any chance to make Assura able to extract such structures correctly?

Hi,

I didnt get a chance to use this kind of device till now.
Can you please tell me which foundary and technology will allow us to use this
kind of device.
And if u dont mind please tell me the advantages of these special type transistors.
