Title: How does this kind of double gate MOSFET work? Post by qiushidaren on Jun 23rd, 2010, 7:01am Hi gurus, I wonder how does this kind of MOSFET work, which has an unusual gate structure? Can it be equivalent to any normal MOSFET structure, and what is its purpose by doing so? Thank you in advance. -Terry |

I was very bored by your question which is always too easy. |
