BTW: ISR is the reverse saturation current (at TNOM) IBV is current at V = -BV BV is the breakdown voltage Note that one can have funny issues when computing I at V=-BV from I(v) = IS * (exp(v/(N*vt)) -1) + ISR * (exp((v+BV)/(NR*vt)) - 1) + GMIN * v and comparing that to IBV. Of course, I(v) should be continuous, so it seems to me that IBV is overconstraining the system, and maybe is just approximate. |
