Hi!

I am doing Monte Carlo simulation ( 90nm TSMC Process) with cadence5. I can see the process variation for mos transistors however not the mismatch.

How can I find out what is wrong? Should I enable or add a model library?

before run monte carlo simulation, you should do:
(1)use mismatch symbol in PDK
(2)use mc_ section in library
