Title: Analysis Order Using Ocean Post by Berti on Sep 21st, 2010, 12:25am Hi all, I would like to run a transient simulation (tran) followed by a stability analysis (stb). The stability (stb) analysis should use the final operating point of the transient analysis (using the previous operating point option). This works fine from the Design Environment (GUI). If I start the simulation from an Ocean-Script, the stb analysis always runs first (before the transient analysis). This is clearly a bug. Does anybody know a work-around? Cheers |

In your tran command add acnames=[stb] actimes=[final_time]. This functionality is intended to allow you to perform a specified small signal analysis at a specified time. If you define multiple time points then the analysis will be performed at each specified time point. BTW, you won't need the independent stability analysis anymore. Best Regards, Sheldon |
