Title: noisy resistors in PSS Post by vp1953 on Oct 3rd, 2010, 12:16pm I was wondering if we set resistor parameter "isnoisy" to yes and run a PSS analysis in Cadence spectre, does the resistor end up generating noise or is this parameter completely ignored in PSS? |
Title: Re: noisy resistors in PSS Post by Ken Kundert on Oct 3rd, 2010, 2:22pm The noise would be accounted for in a subsequent PNoise analysis, not in the PSS analysis itself. -Ken |
