Title: Calibre LVS subckt ICV_1 ICV_2 Post by casual on Oct 15th, 2010, 1:58am I took a look on the Calibre LVS layout netlist. There is a unknown subckt names call ICV_1, ICV_2, ICV_3 etc... (the netllist is LVS clean). Why I got such subckt name? I look into the subckt name, it is my decap transistors. Why the Calibre put the circcuit into subckt? Is it because I add those decap by "adding instance command i " rather than "generating from source command" I did another experiment by adding more decap by i command. It is still passed even layout got more decap than my schematic. Is my LVS screw up?? |
