Depends on the application cq circuit you want to bias :P

hello Alexander
        I think whatever the application....suppose we need 470mv biasing for transistor to keep in saturation, now to obtain that voltage which biasing circuit is easy to tune ,,,also for my design i need to do layout so can you people suggest any biasing networks  available easy to do layout.

Why don't you ask for networks in general?
Do you really expect an answer to such a question?

Biasing is necessary for lumped transistor circuits, opamps, OTA's, and several other application circuits.
