Title: How to simulate the deadzone of PFD/CP with spectre
Post by incol on Nov 10th, 2010, 5:16am

Hi

I want to simulate the deadzone of PFD/CP with spectre, can I sweep the difference phase of the two clock input, and plot the average current of the CP?

Thanks!

correct but while ding that please terminate charge pump with a proper voltage source.

Thanks.

Thank you very much. And Do you know how to sweep the phase with spectre, use PSS?

hi,
define some variable td for fbclk. Go to tools in ADE from there parametric analysis. Is this what you are asking or any thing else?

Thanks.
